Returns

We will accept returns up to 7 days after they have been received.

In order to return goods to Steer Leathercare Ltd you need to first get a Return Number (an RMA) - you can get this by e-mailing steer@leatheraftercare.com. This RMA Number MUST be marked on the outside of the package when returning the product.

Once you have this number you must return the goods within 7 days. The goods must be returned with all the original packaging and documentation and must be packaged in a way which ensures they are not damaged in transit.

We will only accept back goods which have no sign off wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition.

Once the package is received we will refund onto your credit or debit card the value of the transaction.

Delivery to UK Addresses

Steer Leathercare Ltd will dispatch your goods by recognised UK carriers. Goods will normally arrive within 14 Days of receipt of order.

All prices are total amounts and include postage and packaging within the UK. Overseas customers may be charged a minimal fee. Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards, cheque or postal order. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
